Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware.
• Direct experience working on server hardware: installation, removal, diagnosis, repair, component replacement.
• Experience with rack-mounted enterprise servers in data centers, field service, or customer environments.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform installation, removal, replacement, and repair of server components.
• Execute rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware configuration tasks.
• Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, operating systems, and hardware diagnostics.
• Perform firmware and BIOS updates.
• Use server management platforms like Dell iDRAC or equivalent.
• Participate in on-call rotations and client communication.
