Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for enterprise server and data center hardware.
• Perform server installations, builds, and hardware swaps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating system issues.

Skills

3-5+ years of experience in data center or server support

Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
