Job summary

Unisys is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on support for enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including AI infrastructure. You will diagnose and repair server hardware, perform upgrades, and work directly with customers in a data center or field service setting.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge servers, rack-mounted hardware, BIOS/firmware updates, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers and data center hardware.
• Experience with rack-mounted enterprise servers in data center or customer environments.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems and hardware diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform hardware installation, removal, replacement, and upgrades; rack and stack, cabling, and configuration.
