Qualifications

• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and improve employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, wellness).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; file required government reports (Form 5500).
• Communicate benefits options to employees; create materials and enrollment procedures.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment periods and maintain accurate records in HRIS.
• Analyze utilization data and costs; prepare reports for leadership.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve enrollment or claims discrepancies.
