Job summary

ITAC Solutions seeks a Senior Workday Business Analyst – Benefits to own the Workday Benefits configuration and manage Open Enrollment from configuration through go-live. This onsite role in Birmingham, AL offers direct collaboration with HR, Benefits, and vendors to maintain a complex environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Open Enrollment experience, ACA and COBRA knowledge, and a Workday Benefits Certification is a plus. Travel between Birmingham and Atlanta may be required.

Qualifications

• Direct Open Enrollment configuration and go-live experience.
• ACA and COBRA administration knowledge.
• Workday Pro Benefits Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday benefit plans, eligibility rules, events, and event rules.
• Own systems-side Open Enrollment configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Support ACA and COBRA administration within Workday.
• Configure qualifying life events and eligibility waiting periods.
• Lead testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Translate Benefits requirements into Workday solutions and documentation.
