Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a field service engineer stationed at the LAM Tualatin Site in Oregon to support sub-fab projects, meet with customers, and specify ETI product solutions with PN assignments.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment and software, provide training, and report monthly activities. A STEM degree and semiconductor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of related work experience, preferably in semiconductor or related industry.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Working knowledge of mechanical skills and principles of semiconductor/vacuum technology.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of OEM Operations and work onsite at the LAM Tualatin Site.
• Meet with customers face to face to recommend product selection and configurations.
• Specify product solutions and assign part numbers; ensure quotes reflect properly configured solutions.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and technicians diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro/mechanical systems.
• Share monthly reports on sub-fab and direct tool activities and plans.
• Provide training and technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with EBARA safety policies and planned maintenance schedules.
