• Collaborate with engineering to relay design and maintenance feedback for lifecycles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure configuration, documentation, and quotes for equipment.
• Provide training and technical mentorship to field teams and end-users to boost uptime.
• Develop performance reports and strategic plans aligning service with business goals.
• Maintain safety standards during all on-site maintenance and repair activities.
