Job summary

EBARA seeks a seasoned engineer at the Tualatin site to support customers on sub-fab projects, specify ETI product solutions and assign part numbers for quoted hardware configurations. You will provide on-site technical support to field teams, coordinate with LAM tool engineers, and communicate monthly activity and escalation details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of semiconductor or related industry experience.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at the site to understand application details and desired outcomes for sub-fab projects.
• Specify product solutions and assign part numbers, ensuring quotes reflect the configured hardware.
• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support for complex equipment and software.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing sub-fab and direct tool activities and future plans.
• Collaborate with tool design engineers and participate in escalations and design reviews.
