Job summary

EBARA in Tualatin, Oregon seeks an experienced engineer to support OEM operations at a key customer site. You will meet with customers to understand application details, specify ETI product solutions, assign PN's, and liaison with sales to quote properly configured hardware.

You will provide advanced technical support for site services teams, diagnose complex electro/mechanical equipment and software, and deliver monthly activity reports while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of work experience in semiconductor or related industry.
• Strong customer relations and ability to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support new sales opportunities and meet with customers to gather application details.
• Specify product solutions and assign part numbers; liaison with sales for quoting.
• Provide technical support to site services field engineers, diagnosing and debugging equipment and software.
• Prepare monthly reports on sub-fab and direct tool activities and future plans.
• Train and guide customers and internal teams; ensure safe, scheduled downtime.
• Maintain EBARA safety compliance and participate in required safety training.
