Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects and ensures clear understanding of issues.
• Provides on-site installation, diagnostics, service and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Analyze process and tool data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
• Deliver written and verbal updates; prepare presentations on findings and recommendations.
