Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline required.
10+ years semiconductor industry experience required.
5+ years leading technical teams and engineering organizations required.
Experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a world-class Process Support Engineering organization and managers.
Develop organizational capability and succession planning.
Drive technology engagement and adoption across key customer programs.
Partner with Business Units, Account Sales, Technical Directors and Product Engineering to solve complex challenges.
Guide executive-level technical discussions and customer escalations.
