Responsibilities

• supervise Security Officers and other personnel on client posts and ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• coach and discipline personnel and document actions.
• train Officers and review post orders and assignments.
• assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• prepare and submit reports as required.
• inspect posts and outline tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
