The ideal candidate has prior security or related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach personnel while maintaining professional conduct in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Prior security, military, or corrections experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay vigilant during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel on client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• File required reports and communicate with authorities in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review assignments with team.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
