Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel across client sites; ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train officers; review assignments and post orders with the team.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements and provide service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
