Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Walton, KY. The role supervises and coordinates the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers, guiding staff with coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Prepare reports and logs, apply coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.
