Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in Kentucky to oversee a high-profile client site, ensuring security of facilities and campus on a designated shift. You will deter misconduct and enforce policies, while directing subordinates and coordinating training.

Requires 2+ years in security or related fields, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or licensing as applicable.
• Minimum security experience with supervisory background and valid driver’s license.
• Two+ years of verifiable security work and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and performance.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders.
• Manage personnel actions and supervision of shifts.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met for staff.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance for service quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll reviews and assist in security surveys and orders.
