Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring site coverage at all times. The role collaborates with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of protective service experience, with strong report writing and communication skills and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and experience.
• Strong report writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at site.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to management or HR as needed.
• May implement disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments as required.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communications.
