Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee remotely managed accounts and supervise Security Professionals on-site. The role ensures site coverage at all times and collaborates with Operations Managers to maintain service quality and compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license with clean record, and 3+ years of protective service experience. Excellent report writing and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Provide on-the-job training to new staff and communicate post orders.
• Assist with scheduling and respond to call-offs during shifts.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management with proper documentation.
• Support disciplinary actions as directed by management and HR.
• Distribute information to posts and collect required acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with appropriate communications.
