Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to support on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensure site coverage for remotely managed accounts. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, at least three years of protective service experience, and strong report writing and communication skills. Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
• No major violations within last 36 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules, and ensure post maintenance and quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees assigned to post or when post orders change; include orientation, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and emergency response.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist Scheduler with scheduling for call-offs or changes at the site.
• Identify personnel problems at posts and forward issues to Operations Manager or HR; may assist with reporting or investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR management; execute actions as directed.
• Distribute information to posts and ensure signed acknowledgments are returned to the office.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and maintain communication with Operations/Branch Manager.
