Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure continuous site coverage for remotely managed accounts. The role includes supervising SPs, coordinating with Operations Managers, and maintaining post operations and training information.

Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and at least three years in professional protective services. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations within 36 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or changes to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to management; may write reports or assist investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
