Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for remote accounts. The role includes supervising Security Professionals, monitoring post performance, and ensuring coverage to meet client needs.

You will conduct on-the-job training, coordinate with site supervision, and assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments. Strong communication and report-writing skills are essential for success in this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write concise reports and use basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees at posts; review post orders and routines.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager or HR; may assist with investigations.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments as required; communicate with clients.
