Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee remotely managed accounts, supervise Security Professionals on-site, and ensure continuous site coverage. The role partners with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain post standards and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hands-on supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate schedules, conduct training, and address issues promptly while adhering to company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, ensure coverage, and inspect post conditions and compliance.
• Train new employees on post orders and procedures, and update staff on policies as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and forward them to Operations Manager or HR for action.
• Conduct or administer disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments as required.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication to Operations/Branch Manager.
