Allied Universal® is hiring an Unarmed Site Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance with contract requirements. Strong supervisory experience in security and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass driving license test if operating company/client vehicle.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in security or higher in any discipline.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures.
