Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee schedule development and governance for water and wastewater projects in California. The role is based on a project site in San Francisco, CA, and requires full-time on-site work.

You will lead schedule creation, resource loading, and risk mitigation using Primavera P6, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning from preconstruction through startup, monitoring progress, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and extensive scheduling experience.
• Expert level Primavera P6 usage and large-scale project scheduling.
• Experience with baseline schedules, subcontractor integration, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Cost and Resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Plan preconstruction to commissioning activities on the project site.
• Estimate durations and resources; identify schedule risks and mitigations.
• Monitor, adjust, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports; lead junior schedulers.
• Review changes for impacts and assist in change notices.
