Job summary

MWH Constructors, a leader in water and wastewater treatment, is seeking an Entry-Level Project Scheduler/Field Engineer to support wastewater projects in Gresham, Oregon. You will work with Senior Schedulers to develop schedules using industry best practices and coordinate with project teams.

This role requires a BS in Engineering or construction management, 1–3 years scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years scheduling experience with baseline and progress updates.
• Knowledge of general construction practices and sequences.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and other business apps.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules with senior schedulers using industry best practices.
• Update project schedules per procedures and inform the team.
• Review changes for schedule impacts and assist notices.
• Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and best practices.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for project and management.
• Provide schedule guidance to software users.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines on site.
