Job summary

MWH is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support California water/wastewater projects up to $2.2 billion, based at the San Francisco project site. This full‑time, on‑site role leads scheduling, resource loading, and coordination with field teams and stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, plan project phases, analyze data, and present progress in weekly updates and monthly reports, mentoring junior schedulers and advancing scheduling practices across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience scheduling projects over $300 million.
• 10 years experience in construction sequencing, productivity, and scheduling.
• Expert level Primavera P6 experience.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Full‑time on the project site in California.
• Plan preconstruction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Analyze survey data, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates and monthly reports.
