Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Scottsdale that is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and customer scheduling activities. This is a fully on-site role offering $20 per hour.

The ideal candidate will coordinate daily schedules and service requests, communicate appointment confirmations and updates, and maintain accurate scheduling records while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and service requests
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information
