Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or high-volume logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to learn WellSky/ClearCare or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Masterful Scheduling: coordinate daily schedules using scheduling software and ensure full staffing.
• Relationship & Retention: conduct regular check-ins with Care Pros and manage appreciation programs.
• Compliance & Excellence: review care plans, monitor clock-ins, and audit weekly hours for payroll.
• Onsite Office Support: greet visitors and assist with general office operations and recruiting.
• On-Call & Team Support: participate in rotating after-hours schedule and support field visits.
