AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to organize and align caregiver availability with client needs at our on-site Illinois office. You will manage daily schedules, confirm appointments, and ensure accurate records while upholding company policies.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and comfort with scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling/coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high service standards.
• Comfortable with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling of caregivers and client appointments.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm availability and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and emergencies professionally.
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting in onboarding and training when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
