Tidal Vision seeks a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to empower the Commercial Sales team from inquiry through quotation, order processing, and fulfillment. You will coordinate customer setup, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication to keep orders moving smoothly.

The role requires ERP/CRM proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work onsite in Bellingham, WA with a focus on timely, professional customer interaction and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Support role or related field.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a customer-facing role.

Aufgaben

• Enter, track, and manage customer orders and data accuracy from confirmation to delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions from customers and sales team, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Communicate with vendors to request quotes, negotiate pricing, and place orders.
• Collaborate across Sales, Accounting, Production, and Logistics to move orders forward.
