Aqua Star is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Seattle, WA to support the sales team from order receipt to on-time delivery, ensuring accurate entry and positive customer relations. Reporting to the Director of Sales Support, you will manage orders, communicate with customers, and contribute to product knowledge and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes strong administrative skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines in an in-office environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Order execution: Entry of customer purchase orders, verify pricing and product availability, then follow through to ensure on time delivery.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team and customers, and resolve issues.
• Customer Relations: Work with the sales team to answer questions and handle problems promptly.
• Samples: Prepare and ship customer samples according to specifications. Track samples.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products.
