Job summary

VetJobs is seeking an experienced Sales/Customer Service coordinator to support the Tennessee market from the Gallatin Distribution Center. This on-site role works with sales teams and customers to process orders, resolve issues, and promote products.

You will use SAP and other enterprise systems, communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and help ensure accurate pricing, timely shipping, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ASCEND and other customer service tools with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Office suite (Excel, Word) and web-based programs.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and assist in order file management to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support customer needs and promote products.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer service experience across the Tennessee market.
• Support order entry and pricing updates using SAP and related systems.
