Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Safety Manager to own safety on Waterworks projects. This on-site role focuses on ensuring compliance with company policy and OSHA standards while guiding field teams.

You will develop safety plans, supervise training, manage incidents, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and public entities. A CSHO/CSHT certification and 5+ years’ construction safety leadership are required; English fluency and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• CSHO or CSHT certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in managing construction safety.
• Valid driver license for frequent travel.
• English communication skills required; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own safety on Webber Waterworks projects and ensure compliance with policy and OSHA standards.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise safety training and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain safety plans, oversee subcontractor safety and incident reporting.
• Communicate safety requirements to owners, managers, and field crews.
