The role includes delivering safety training, supporting supervisors, leading incident investigations, and coordinating with project leadership to meet regulatory and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction safety management and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to design and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing education for field teams.
• Knowledge of safety management systems or software used in construction.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities; ability to document and report safety data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for diverse field teams.
• Support jobsite supervisors in enforcing safety procedures and promoting a culture of safety.
• Lead accident and incident investigations, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project management, field teams, and safety leadership to align safety initiatives with project goals.
