Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior Safety Manager for the Southeast Division to lead safety programs across multiple projects. You will develop, monitor, and enforce safety standards, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and drive a culture of safety and compliance on site.

The role requires extensive construction safety experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and deliver results while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in safety or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of safety experience in construction.
• Proficient in relevant safety software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for crucial conversations.
• Ability to lead safety programs and training on project sites.

Aufgaben

• Builds working relationships with project staff and subcontractor safety representatives.
• Ensures compliance with safety manual, policies and expectations, and conducts safety reviews.
• Creates accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents.
• Leads staff in safety training and subcontractor development; strong presentation skills.
• Represents company professionally with owner and subcontractors.
• Creates and facilitates safety training aligned with project schedules.
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Participates in safety organizations outside the company in the assigned region.
