Bartlett Cocke General Contractors in Central Texas—Austin area is seeking a Safety Manager to lead on-site safety efforts on commercial construction projects. You will monitor safety activities, enforce the company safety program, and help maintain a healthy, accident-free workplace.

Responsibilities include site safety orientations, inspections, incident investigations, training, OSHA compliance, and coaching trades.

Formación

• 5 years of dedicated safety experience on a commercial construction jobsite.
• Know-how in Fall Protection, Scaffolds, Excavation, Confined Space, Cranes and Rigging.
• OSHA 510 Standards; OSHA 500/502 trainings preferred; First Aid/CPR/AED in last 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce Site-Specific Safety Plan and Emergency Action Plan.
• Conduct site safety orientations for all new employees.
• Perform weekly site safety inspections and inspections with regional/corporate teams.
• Assist in accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Educate and coach trade partners through toolbox talks.
• Promote OSHA compliance and BC Way across the project.
