Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in a related position.
• Experience leading small teams is a plus.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and problem solving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and contact info for facilities vendors.
• Respond to facility issues via direct communication, tickets, or email.
• Onboarding responsibilities: introduce new hires to safety protocols.
• Enforce and update Gemini’s Safety Program per policies.
• Maintain office appliances and the office chore schedule.
• Oversee snack bar inventory and funds; manage offsite storage and box scanning.
• Support Marketing inventory and shipping as needed.
• Assist Mail & Record Review and other duties as assigned.
