Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required (call center or multi-team management preferred).
• Demonstrates ability to lead, motivate, and develop individuals toward performance goals.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance: supervise, evaluate, and mentor an assigned team of Field Specialists.
• Drive training: lead team meetings on processes, territory updates, and professional development.
• Support hiring: facilitate interview, selection, and onboarding for new field team members.
• Administer payroll: manage time-off requests, reimbursements, time audits, and attendance tracking.
• Oversee daily workflows and prioritize field work orders to meet turnaround times.
