Hybrid-Remote role with 3 days in the Rocklin HQ; schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; compensation $75,000–$84,000 annually. Requires leadership experience, strong operations skills, and a CA driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• California driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, operational processes, territory updates, and professional development.
• Oversee daily field work orders, prioritization, and timely completion.
• Balance workload distribution and routing for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation and real-time system updates.
• Monitor KPIs and report department health to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on capacity and client needs.
