Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a facility maintenance coordinator required.
• Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry required.
• Candidates with apprenticeship completion are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction work, repairs, and building upgrades.
• Maintain and repair facilities for SPY’s sites.
• Drive SPY Van for transporting materials and donations.
