Compensation ranges from $70,304 to $84,000 annually, with a typical lower-third starting pay; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in a related position.
• Experience leading small teams is a plus.
• Handyman/general contractor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with facilities vendors and contact info.
• Respond to facility issues via direct communication, ticketing, or email.
• Oversee onboarding: introduce new hires to safety protocols.
• Enforce and update Gemini’s Safety Program per policies.
• Maintain office appliances and the office chore schedule.
• Manage snack bar inventory and funds; assist Marketing inventory/shipping.
• Oversee offsite storage facilities and box scanning projects.
• Support Mail & Record Review when needed; perform other duties.
