Responsibilities

• Review requests to determine records for release in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Answer phone calls about ROI issues.
• Log and scan requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician-office requests and fax information as needed.
• Process cash payments where applicable; follow site policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
