The role involves reviewing requests, retrieving data from various sources, logging activities in ROI On-Line, assisting walk-ins and physician offices, and helping maintain payments and documentation at the site.

Qualifications

• One or more years experience entering data into computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer inquiry responses.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and punctuality in fulfilling duties.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requester information per HIPAA.
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues.
• Assist walk-ins and log information into ROI On-Line.
• Process physician office requests on a priority basis and fax records as needed.
• Log and scan records into ROI On-Line database.
• Comply with site policies and regulations.
• Handle and record cash payments for requests at certain sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
