MissionSquare is seeking a Retirement Plans Specialist to provide on-site service and education for public sector retirement programs. You will engage participants, increase enrollment and savings, and expand knowledge of plans.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in financial services sales, Series 65, and a solid understanding of retirement products including IRAs and 401(k) plans. Hybrid work options are available, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in financial services sales preferred.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Series 65 licensing required.
• Strong knowledge of retirement and investment products.
• Experience with IRAs/401(k)/403(b)/DB plans.
• Ability to market to a geographically diverse client base.
• Direct sales experience and closing sales preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site consultations to educate and enroll participants.
• Deliver group education presentations on retirement topics.
• Host annual plan reviews with employers' decision makers.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors and executives.
• Organize and market daily activities and client visits.
• Record activities in CRM and identify new opportunities.
• Represent MissionSquare at benefit fairs and events.
