Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent experience in financial services, retirement planning preferred.
• Experience using a CRM software is preferred; call center experience is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail; pass alphanumeric data entry assessment (5500 KPH, 85% accuracy).
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; ability to navigate multiple systems with dual monitors.

Responsibilities

• Process forms and basic transactions (rollovers, internal transfers, death certificates) in retirement plan services.
• Audit accounts for regulatory compliance and resolve issues with internal departments.
• Communicate with branches to guide resolutions and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules.
