MissionSquare is seeking a Retirement Plans Specialist in the San Jose, CA area. The role involves conducting on-site consultations, delivering education sessions, and hosting plan reviews to improve participant outcomes.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in financial services sales, Series 65 licensing, and strong presentation skills, with a preference for Spanish bilingual applicants. Hybrid work schedules and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience in financial services sales preferred.
• Series 65 licensing required.
• Knowledge of retirement and investment products incl. deferred comp plans.
• Ability to market and service a geographically diverse client base.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations on-site at employers with participants.
• Give group education presentations on retirement topics.
• Host annual plan reviews with employer decision makers.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors and administrators.
• Record daily activity in CRM systems and follow up on opportunities.
• Represent MissionSquare at events promoting retirement security.
