MissionSquare in California is seeking a Retirement Plans Specialist to provide on-site service and education to assigned client bases, expanding plan enrollment, increasing savings, retaining participants, and improving investment knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of financial services sales experience, Series 65 licensing, and a strong ability to communicate across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience in financial services sales.
• Series 65 licensing required.
• Significant knowledge of retirement and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations at employers to educate participants on investment education, enrollment, savings rates, and account retention.
• Give group education presentations on retirement topics to diverse audiences.
• Lead Annual Plan Reviews with employer decision makers to discuss plan trends and outcomes.
• Build relationships with plan stakeholders including officials, board members, and executives.
• Schedule and market daily activities and client visits.
• Record daily activity in CRM accurately.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities to management.
• Represent MissionSquare at benefits fairs and conferences.
