Job summary

MissionSquare in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Retirement Plans Specialist to provide on-site service and education to a defined client base, expanding plan enrollment, boosting savings, and strengthening participant knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of financial services sales experience, Series 65 licensing, and knowledge of retirement and investment products including defined benefit and defined contribution plans. A hybrid work schedule is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial services sales experience preferred.
• Series 65 licensing required.
• Knowledge of retirement and investment products, incl. DB/DC plans.
• Experience with IRAs, 401(k), 403(b), or DB plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations to educate participants and improve outcomes.
• Deliver group education presentations to diverse audiences.
• Host annual plan reviews with employer decision makers.
• Record daily activity in CRM and identify new opportunities.
• Represent MissionSquare at benefits fairs and events.
