Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support store and donation center operations on-site in Schaumburg. You will motivate the team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals while coaching staff on merchandising and customer interactions.

This full-time role requires about two years of supervisory experience, forklift certification, and flexibility to work closing shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Flexible schedule with two closing shifts per week and alternating weekends.
• Must have working phone for communication accessibility.
• Experience in driving customer-focused service and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage own work to reliably complete routine job responsibilities.
• Assist with store and donation center operations and coaching of staff.
• Oversee POS coverage, tills, and cash controls to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Support hiring processes, phone screens, and staff training as needed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and adherence to safety policies.
• Coordinate rotation of goods to maintain fresh merchandise flow.
