Responsibilities

Assess residential and commercial restoration projects and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Inspect damaged properties and document scope of work.
Use estimating tools or software to develop detailed proposals.
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and office staff to align estimates with standards.
Explain estimates to customers and insurance representatives, and update documentation as conditions change.
